Matrix structure
How the 3 × 9 forced matrix works
Every matrix position has only three immediate positions
beneath it. Once those three positions are occupied,
additional members are placed deeper within the matrix.
The full structure can extend to nine levels.

Spillover explanation:
When the three direct matrix positions under a member are
full, additional qualified placements may spill into deeper
positions. Spillover can assist matrix growth, but it does
not guarantee commissions or a fully populated matrix.
Starter matrix income
Earn $1.00 through Levels 1–5
Active Starter members earn $1.00 per active paid member
through five qualified matrix levels. The figures below
show the mathematical capacity of a fully populated
three-wide matrix.

Premium advantage:
Premium membership unlocks four additional matrix levels,
covering Levels 6, 7, 8 and 9. These deeper levels contain
the greatest number of potential positions.
Compression
How Levels 6–9 are handled
Levels 6 through 9 are Premium-only commission levels.
When a Starter member occupies a position in those levels,
the applicable commission compresses upward to the nearest
qualified active Premium member according to the platform’s
matrix rules.
Where no qualified active Premium member exists above that
position, the amount is allocated to the administration or
maintenance account in accordance with the compensation plan.

Refunded, reversed, fraudulent or charged-back payments
may cause related commissions to be reversed.
